Terms and Conditions of Birchfield Cottages

1. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rent (minimum £100) is required to confirm bookings. The balance is payable two months before arrival. You may wish to consider cancellation insurance.

2. Letting is normally by the week from Saturday to Saturday for Birch Mhor and Birch Beag and Friday to Friday for Birch Croit.

3. Sub-letting is not permitted. The number of people staying may not exceed those agreed at the time of booking. Metered fuel (electricity, and in the case of Birch Croit, oil as well) to be paid for on departure.

4. Tenants must safeguard the property and contents; loss, breakages or damage must be paid for. No liability for loss or damage to tenant's personal property or for personal injury is accepted.

5. Tenants will not cause a nuisance to others.

6. In keeping with our environmental policy tenants are asked to use the waste bins for materials as marked. If feeding the birds or red squirrels in the garden please use appropriate
foodstuffs.
